Stan Nitzberg is Principal and the Executive Vice President of Mid-America Real Estate Corporation, the Midwest’s leading full-service retail real estate organization.  He also serves on the Board of Directors for many philanthropic organizations, including the Metropolitan YMCA of Chicago, the Magnificent Mile Association, and the Chicago Loop Alliance. Mr. Nitzberg is also a past Director of the Chicago Police Foundation and the past President of The Magnificent Mile Charitable Foundation.  In 2016, Stan was the recipient of Holsten Human Capital Development’s Community Sustainability Award for his two decades of support of affordable housing as a viable way of ending homelessness.  He is also a six-time recipient of the Chicago Retail Broker of the Year Award.

Stan’s focus is on urban retail projects, having transacted leases for more than two million square feet of retail on North Michigan Avenue, Oak Street, State Street and North/Clybourn markets.  He has also been directly involved in the closing of more than $2 billion of retail investment sale transactions, including properties on North Michigan Avenue and Oak Street.

Mother to Josephine and a legal assistant at SATC|Law.  Nora graduated from Western Illinois University where she obtained a degree in Agricultural Science with an emphasis in Environmental Studies. Nora is a multi-lingual (English, Spanish and French) and multi-talented advisor to the @BridgingChicago podcast.  Be sure to watch out for Nora on future episodes of the podcast.

Karen is our task-oriented leader that ensures our team is producing our desired results by providing the necessary structure, roles and goals. Karen is also the office manager of SATC|Law, where she has honed her skills at running an office at the highest standards and efficiency.

John W. Campbell, Jr., Head of Operations

John is a principal at SATC|Law in Chicago.  He represents individuals, entrepreneurs and privately held companies on developing and achieving their strategic business goals and asset protection and long term planning needs.  He is also the director and vice president for the Center for Law and Social Work, a public charity that provides adoption and adult guardianship services, and a director of Rebuild Foundation, a public charity that provides a platform for art, cultural development, and neighborhood transformation.
