Episode 2: Alida Miranda-Wolff, Ethos

Trying to describe what Alida Miranda-Wolff does is a bit like trying to drink from a firehose. The Founder and CEO of Ethos, an organization dedicated to closing the gap for underrepresented and underserved groups in organizations, Alida brings her past experiences into her work with the hope of creating transformation. In this episode, Alida very openly shares about multiculturalism and how Chicago changed the ways she saw herself. Though it is difficult, leaning into her trauma has taught Alida lessons in belonging and empathy and it’s easy to see how that dictates how she lives and works now. This is the first part of a multiple part episode that will teach us all so much about who we are and our impact on the world.
